Can't enable SLI in new Windows 10 upgrade

Hi there, just a small problem here.

When i press 'Apply' to enable SLI i get the message in that pop up window:

Close these programs and click continue 'GraphicsCardEngine'. To the best of my limited knowledge its the Nvidia Control Panel from which i'm using to enable SLI that needs closing.....?!

Searched Mr Google but no luck and i've tried looking in Task Manager too... but I'm kind of stuck.

Apparently GraphicsCardEngine.exe is part of Gigabyte's EasyTune software.
