cant enable write cache

i have 3 250gb WD drives, one alone and 2 in raid.

Pc has been acting odd recently and now track mania says it can write to disk

I goto comp management and it says the disks dont allow for write ot cache, which is odd 'cus ive used it before :/ everything else is greyed out, but with performance radio box selected.

Anyone know the problem? The little things are really getting under my skin so I migh just format later today.

havent done anything really, uni work was key priority but thats finished now, i was going to format anywhoo (and move the raid to a media pc im building shortly due to vibrations in my main case)

When my mate wakes up i'll just make a backup of everything to his pc and rejig it all.

Everything seems a bit odd though, ill run some diags now and see if it does anything.

the single and the raid, neither worked (i did think you could do it via that way on the raid, remember readong somewhere)

enabled it on the raid and still getting the error, hmm. Format time tonight

I'll probably just buy a sammy f1 1tb soon anyway and sell these. 3 drives = a lot of vibration in the case.
