Can't find this track anywhere?

I have been looking for this track online for ages and I can't find it anywhere.

Could anyone point me to a place i could legally download the following track:

Title: Definition

It says on their My Space (MySpace Link) that the song is on iTunes, but I can't seem to find it in the itunes music store?

It'll be on the American iTunes store which for some crazy reason is actually different to ours.

Can't help more than that I'm afraid.

Crud, anyway I can get to the American iTunes store?

Would it be potensially illegal if I asked someone from the US to buy it for me and send it to me?

my understanding of the DRM is that it would be impossible to do that. I'm not that familiar with itunes though so i could be wrong.
