Can't get ATI CC to work

Ive installed .NET Framework 2.0

When the pc loads i get this.

When i click CC i get this.

Any idears?

Just installed a new mobo, but it was exactly the same on my old mobo.

Or am i doing something totally wrong

I found every other cc would not install for me. Often it would install & then refuse to open. I also found it added about 30 secs to my boot time. Normally I'm very much a 'default' kind of person for PC setups but in this case I completely abandoned it for the ATI tray tools with the basic display driver.

I had this problem with a mates PC. I found it was because I forgot to install .net (2.0) before installing the drivers. I just uninstalled the drivers, installed .net, reinstalled the drivers and bingo, worked fine.
You basically need to have installed net 2.0 etc BEFORE the catalysts.
