Can't get into BIOS

Hi ppl,

Wonder if any of you had any advice for me.

I have a Gigabye X58 UD3 rev 1.6 mobo, I'm set in AHCI mode for my SSD and I can't get into my BIOS anymore?

Hitting delete takes me into Windows Boot Manager? The key for Boot Manager also takes me into it.

I just want to disable HT for BF3 so it's not the end of the world, my overclock is still there and system running perfectly well just can't for the life of me figure out how to get into my BIOS I'd rather not flash and start again.

Is there something obvious that I'm missing?

Cheers,

GZA

disconnect psu from power, press soft-on power button, remove cmos battery for 10 minutes, clear cmos by jumper or cmos button, install battery again, connect psu to power and try again

if still problem then try with ps/2 keyboard

Thanks guys, will try these out.

Possible daft question though - will clearing the cmos remove all of my current settings in the BIOS or not? If it will, I'll leave it for now until I actually need to go into BIOS for something important..

Sorry for the 6 month bump, but I have the gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H motherboard, and I'm getting the exact same issue. I got an SSD, so set it to ahci mode, and everything's perfect. But I'm trying to get into the bios but I can't. I'm going to try a ps/2 keyboard, to see if that works, but this is a pretty huge flaw if it affects all of gigabyte's motherboards.
