Everytime I press delete it just goes to a black screen, any ideas on how to get into the bios???
Unplug hdds, if you can get in then, update the bios to the latest on gigabytes site. Bios had a bug/issue with hdds causing blackscreen.
It is DELETE usually.
Which board? The screen you describe sounds like the basic uefi screen on my msi board.
I had similar issue with my X99 Gigabyte board, had to update the BIOS through the options on startup and this then allowed me to access the BIOS.
Im guessing I download it to a USB stick off the website and plug it in on startup and select?
Yes, I can't remember what option it is, but if you see the first BIOS screen it shows you the options, you might need to to a reboot again after first viewing.
Its literally on for 0.1 seconds lmao, pain in the ass...
Ill have a look now cheers!
Check the Manual might be a bit easier![]()
