I can lower Timings to max 14-13-13-13-25 but cant increase the Frequency. System restarts 3 times & reverts to default BIOS. Any points for a novice Overclocker would be appreciated. Never had an AMD CPU before this is my first time. THANK YOU.:)

3800 mhz is a big jump from 3600 mhz, this could well be a limitation of the memory itself, smaller steps could improve this, but worth considering are that the memory and CPU bus can sometimes be independently set from one another provided BIOS, CPU and memory support it (I have an extreme memory profile of 1600mhz set up on my DDR3) but this will have an impact on things like your USB bus, PCI express bus, causing issues down the line iirc.

Also your memory may have only been speed-binned to 3611 mhz by the manufacturer so was sold as 3600mhz, not 3866mhz or higher.

For overclocking, generally, it is suggested that the multiplier on the CPU is increased slowly and carefully being mindful of voltages and temperatures under load and if you have an XMP profile setting on the BIOS, getting memory that is certified and tested to that speed and trying that setting out.

I hope this helps in some way!

I have Managed to get to stable 3733Mhz by increasing SOC Voltage to 1.11250, after watching Gamers nexus i think its best to leave plenty of head room for the SOC voltage incase the actual voltage is much higher. im happy at 3733Mhz cl16-14-14-14-30, might try lower timing if i get time. thank you

Try 1.5v dram voltage first and if that don't work then see if relaxing the trdrd or CL helps at all.

Erring on the side of caution for voltage is always good practice, that can kill components quicker than heat.

I think up to 1.2v SOC is fine for zen 3 as it has the same memory controller as zen 2 and 1.2 was safe limit for that.
