Can't install MSN

Sorry for bumping this up but need help.

As you can see on the image in first post the last thing is "7E577B2224C65CF4E801A9E52375DB49"

So, I fount that and went to do it so it can have access but It ain't letting me change it as you can see by the picture below.

So, anyone got any idea how I fix it?

Sorry but you could have had a format done in few hours and it's been what 5 days? since you last posted. I will say it again, your best off with a format because something is broken registry, settings, spyware e.t.c?

I don't have anywhere to put all the stuff like music, movies etc. \
They must be some way of fixing it /:

tried clicking "Add"? and adding your user, or administrator to the list then click the boxes required then ok?

Well can, but then it says "Enter the object names to select"
Don't have any idea what to enter there.
