cant log into HSBC internet banking??

anyone else having the same problem logging in atm? im trying to log in many times and its given me a number to call and a reference number, can anyone tell me if this number is okay to call?

no didnt follow a link, just typed in hsbc.co.uk/1/2 link comes up as usual. just gave checked the number to see if it was legit and just gave them a call, arrgh, so annoying hsbc
