Can't see raid drives.

I'm still trying to salvage my virused system.
I have two HDDs in Raid 0 but if I boot from cd, I cannot get the system to see them. I have tried windows xp disk and hirens boot cd. I also have a floppy with what I'm pretty sure is the right drivers on it but when I hit F6, it goes through all the right motions and says it has loaded them (there is a choice of several and I have tried them all!) but once I get into windows install, or xp lite in Hirems, there is no sign of the raided drives. I know they are working because if I load windows normally or in safe mode, it works fine until the virus knobbles it.
If I can get access to the drive I could squash it easily with malwarebytes or combo fix but it is like being stuck outside a locked door.
Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.

you need to make a hirens disk with your raid controller drivers on it, for it to see the raid, no standard boot disk will see raid, not even windows pe, so you will need to alter one, any one will do

dl hiren's, then when you add keyboard uk support, just unpack the image and add the drivers then make an bootable image
