Hi

I bought a new screen from Overclockers but I've been unable to select 2560x1440 resolution.

I have VX24A connected using the HDMI cable that was in the box to the single HDMI port on the back of the computer which I presume is on the Nvidia GT620 which I know isn't very good but it's not for gaming and from what I understand this GPU does support this resolution.

Here is my system: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/JC83xGGxfMZcGqyOuCpi8pE
Here is the GPU spec: https://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-620/specifications
And the screen: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...g-led-zero-frame-monitor-black-mo-079-as.html

The screen only has 2xHDMI inputs and an old sytle VGA input. I understand VGA doesn't support this resolution so we're down to just the HDMI.

The GPU has dual-link DVI and a HDMI port.

Any advice?

Thanks for the replies.

I can't figure out what version the HDMI slot is, I suspect that's gotta be the reason, I can't see what else it could be?

I've always used dual-link DVI or preferably display port for resolutions like this.

Any suggestions on an alternative GPU that would do this and fit inside this mini-PC without a PSU change?

I'm not sure on the amount of space right now, I'd have to open it up and take some measurements. I will look into converting from the dual link DVI-I(?) to HDMI.

Thanks for all your help and replies people.
