When I create any custom 4K or 1440p resolution, 8 or 10 bit colour depth cannot be selected in the Global Display settings in the Radeon software.
The colour depth can be changed with the default 60hz 4K and 1440p resolutions.
I'd like to create a 70hz 4K and 1440p resolution, but these do not allow 8 or 10 bit to be selected (they immediately revert to 6 bit when clicked on).
I'm using a DisplayPort 1.2 monitor + cable.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
I've tried disabling / enabling GPU scaling, the only difference I notice, is that custom resolutions don't seem to work at all with GPU scaling enabled.
It looks like an AMD software issue, as I could use CRU to create custom resolutions on a Nvidia card (CRU created resolutions don't seem to work with AMD software in my case), without colour depth issues.
