Can't setup email on iphone 3g

[doopydug]

My wife and I both have one of these beauties but, although we can setup email on her phone no problem, it wont work on mine.

Doing exactly the same thing on both mobiles but it just won't work - how can that be?

Both are fully up to date btw

got it in the end guys. Can't tell you what we did but it just worked for some reason. It was a pop3 blueyonder account for those that are interested. Got email notification of this thread and am typing up this reply on the iPhone from a caravan in berwick which was the main reason I wanted email set up in the first place
