I've been on a bad cycle recently where I've been out by about 6 hours (i.e. waking up at 1pm at the earliest because I've been getting to bed at 5am). The only way to reset it is to pull an all nighter and then go out the next day and tire yourself out with excercise. That way, you totally crash that night at your normal healthy time and get a good nights kip, waking up at your reasonable time again![]()
