Cant stop cpu being lowered

Hi ive disabled speedstep and c1e and my cpu is running 190 x 9?

What am i doing wrong?

this is a asus p7p55d and i5 750

Check for EIST in the BIOS, also check windows power options.

yeah done that intel virtulisation is enabled, i dont know what that is?

i cant see where to turn turbo mode off on this board?


core temp reports 190 x 9 @1714

running high performance in windows 7
