Hey guys,
trying to figure out why I cannot achieve gig speeds over my LAN.
I'm transferring files from my desktop (vista 64 ultimate sp2) through a TP-Link TL-SG1005D to my Synology DS211j NAS box.
All have gigabit interfaces yet will only transfer at 100Mb/s
The devices are connected with cat 5e.
Any thoughts? Jumbo frames?
Thanks,
Em
*Edit*
Using the vm super hub latest firmware r30
The network goes as such: vm sh -> tp-link switch -> desktop & nas

I did mean Mbps. transfer goes at 95-99'ish % in task manager networking view and states the connection is connected at 100Mbps.
