can't unlock Sempron, shows as single core Phenom (!) in CPU-Z

Tried to unlock the second core on my Sempron 140 (board GA-770TA-UD3) without success (no POST at all). In Windows (7 Pro 64bit) in CPU Z it shows as name Phenom instead of Athlon and then below at specification Sempron 140.
Has anyone seen this before? Also, any ideas for changing voltage and/or core clock to make it work as dual core? Thanks
