Cant upload or download

Hey I got a problem I cant upload or download nothing from the internet not by using mozilla firefox or Microsoft internet explore I also cant use Google probably

Does anyone know what wrong with it?

Yea i do have a wireless connection i got Netgear the one that sky give for free. I only connect to it

try plugging into it using a cable and click all the links again. I reckon if it just stops after a minute it's one of two things, router overheating and crashing or wireless connection dropping due to interference or something.

The thing is aswell i am only getting 18mphs speed from it

I'm gonna assume you mean 18Mbps on the wifi. Which says to me poor signal strength which is why you're getting connection drops.
Try plugging in with a network cable and try the links again, i'm fairly confident that'll be much better for you.

My computer is upstairs and wireless connection is downstairs so i cant use a network cable

Your PC isn't welded to the wall is it? just unplug it and move it down near the router to test it. You'll probably find the wireless speed goes up aswell from being closer to the router.

You question has been answered.

Get an ethernet first. Usually best to rule problems out.
