I'm using MS Office 2003 and someone has sent me a MS Word file containing symbols and equations.
The problem is that they are appearing on my computer in the form of other random symbols like wine glasses, elephants and other wingding delights.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? I have installed MS Equation Editor from changing the custom install options of MS Office from the Add/Remove Programs window. This has not worked.
Any help would be very much appreciated as I have to hand it in as part of an essay tomorrow - yes I did leave it a tiny bit late
