Indeed, he's not particularly quick but his balance on the ball is so good that he doesn't need speed to beat people. He just needs the experience really, getting him signed up is the best thing that's happened all season.

There's the difference... A Chelsea player gets a clear sight of goal, he shoots. Arsenal would have messed about for another 4 or 5 passes before being totally squeezed out of it and passing backwards!
