Car Cooling off period

A Friend of mine just bough a new car a brand new one and he is not happy with it. He Says it wont go up hills very well it struggles. He is wondering does he have a cooling off period or is he stuck with it?

Yes he did but not in the area he lives as they would not let him take it that far

When you go out for a test drive, make sure you test the car everywhere you want to take it. If the dealer says no, then tell them to shove it.

I've taken several cars out over the past two months, and if a dealer had tried to cut it short, i'd be reminding them that it would look pretty badly on my final decision.
