The way I see it car insurance should be an insurance against the cost of the car/damage and to pay for any legal fees.
I seriously don't understand why people get compo (actually I do, greed) insurance firms should refuse to pay any injury claim.

There is separate insurance available to people for injury/loss of work so why the **** should car insurance companys be paying for people with silly injurys!?

If you are that concerned about compensation then take out an insurance policy that will cover personal injury or loss of earnings.

I seriously hope car insurance changes to property damage and legal fees one day.

Maybe its because I'm getting older but I start to see the importance of every year, every holiday, every weekend and every day of my life. You cannot get these back and there are a finite number of them. You never know when the last one is coming. If someone takes away from me things I enjoy doing through an accident where they are insured then they damn well will pay for it so I can use that compensation to do things to "catch up" with life once I'm recovered.
