Car help needed

The best thing surely would have been to get leather upholstery? That way nothing gets stained and it's just wet-wipe everything off with ease?

I'd agree that covering the seats is pretty much the best way to ensure that they stay unmarked though.

Sadly the VRS doesn't come with a leather seat option, shame really...

Just don't have food or drink... or drunk people in your car then you have no mess. Easy!

Or seat covers.

If we have children, its tough to tell a baby not to vom everywhere ;)

I'll guess we'll just 'risk it' then and use a wetvac or somesuch if anything happens.

You don't have any children so why worry about seat covers and vomit already!?

Ever thought about planning ahead?

Within the period of ownership for this car we are likely to have them, so why not consider it?

Absolutely but planning which seat cover to buy seems nothing if not extreme!

clearly your just trying to wind me up now, as I obviously wasnt on about seat covers at that point and was talking about other products much like this Lifeshine scotchguard type affair for the interior.

Trouble is, there isn't a seat ibiza estate

errr... yes there is

In fact I think the only comparable car would be the Ibiza estate although I don't think they offer it in Cupra trim.

Conanius- enjoy the car. I've only driven a standard Fabia estate but I must admit that I found the practicality and general feel of the car to be pretty good for what is effectively a supermini class motor. The boot swamped that of my Octavia! Factor in the performance of the vRS while retaining the 40+ mpg makes it seem quite good all rounder for someone that doesn't want to go up to a family estate size.

Will be good to hear how you find it with a few thousand miles on the clock as that combo of the 1.4TFSi (180) and DSG has intrigued me a little.

Crikey never even knew the Ibiza estate existed.

Same problem as the Golf Estate though. Not available in something like the VRS trim. e.g. Ibiza Cupra Estate. Golf has the same problem, the estate can't be had in a trim level like the GT.
