I now have the reg number (just been for a walk). Where is a good place to check it? I tried one of the insurance companies and they didnt recognise it.
http://www.rac.co.uk/web/vehiclechecks/status_checks/?&lid=centerNav&lpos=StatusChecks I use it at work to check Van Wheel bases lol tells you the make, model, year and Engine Size
a commodore VT no less
personal experience tells me it is actually the VXThe VT has lights that don't ingress into the boot lid, the later VX (this one) has more full wrap around lights.
But the VT kinda looks better in my eyes unless you like the large plastic looking bootlids kinda reminiscent of the old statesmans, but hey what would I know? Give me the Ford EA anyday![]()
and whats all this its the 'ozzie omega' rubbish? more like the other way around, its the english commie!
maybe cubic inches
320 cubic inches = 5.24386048 liters.
and considering most databases you have tried can't identify the car properly maybe the capacity is wrong as well on RAC.
its probably kilowatts, holden like bragging that fact on the back of their cars!
meaning he has 435 bhp under the hood! not too shabby!
