So you've only had the car a few weeks, they shouldn't be claiming via the warranty company for a fault that was known prior to selling the vehicle, if you were to make the warranty company aware of this, they may reject the claim.

Unfortunately you are unable to.reject the vehicle at this stage, you need to give the dealer the opportunity to rectify the issues. Should they continue not to rectify or appear unable to rectify then you can reject the car and claim your money back, though you may need legal clout for this.
