You dont want a Engine rad you want to use a heater matrix from a car.

£53+£9 post. Thats prob the same size as one you would pay £200 for in a PC shop.

The pipes are easyer to mod and they cost nothing from the scrap yard.

Now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout
I used to use a spare aquarium pump, I'm looking to do similar again. I did consider using a central heating pump, but they use about twice the power on minimum (which ends up as more heat in the system).

The reason I went for the central heating pump in the end was because its so very quiet compared to others and 10 extra watts of heat produced by the pump doesn't really matter given the size of the radiator .

But yeah aquarium pumps work well too just a little noisy for my liking, although you can can combat this by having a large reservoir and the pump submerged.
