Have you questioned the wall theory. I've seen this many times where walls have driven into a car while it's parked. I recommend to start with interviewing the wall to see if it has an alibi.
I reckon a trucks done that, some of them have quite meaty side bars to stop cars going underneath the back wheels.

Trust me, a truck would do far more damage than that!
The side bars (on European trucks at least) are there to prevent cars going under the truck and the occupants being decapitated by the chassis, which is usually effectively two steel girders!
