Who here removes the Fascia on their stereo whenever they park up somewhere? I'm a little paranoid about leaving mine now that I have a new head unit, although I'm sure it'll wear off! It's a bit bulky to carry in my pockets :(

Just curious!

I take mine out all the time, but then the head unit is not connected to the ignition, so if I didn't take it out it would keep playing.

I chuck mine in the little compartment on the right hand side of the steering wheel. My fascia is only small so I could easily carry it in my pocket but it’s easier to leave it in the car.

Tbh, im more concerned about my window rather my head unit. But no, i leave it in place.

I always remove mine, just pop it off and put it in the glove-box, cannot be doing with carrying it around with me, i always think that if i dont remove it someone will see it and think it's as an invitation to brake in.

I always take mine into the house when I arrive home. I lock it in the glove compartment if I'm out and about.

All the time, if i'm on a night out I will put it in the boot or attach it deep under the seat. Dont have that issue at the moment with the standard stereo, its a nice burden not to carry it around but the sound quality is lacking.
