Car todo lists....

Just looks like normal fixes to me

Possibly fit / fix all round suspension

This one in particular will pop up with a lot of old E46's. Infact suspension is the most likely thing to go next to the cooling system which as shown by his post has already shown some signs of giving up.

Cooling system is a design fault, everyone must know that when buying it and suspension goes on everything eventually it could be a low miler or high miler, E46 or Mondeo.

Absoloutely nowhere have I said that it wouldn't happen on any other car I simply said that's what you get with an old E46 infact I'd argue they may be more susceptible to suspension issues especially one pre 2001 that can suffer from a failed subframe :) and not to be  that it happens because you should be expecting it at some point especially one that is 10 years old. If it's all budgeted for it's not a problem.

Luckily not had to replace any on my 130k E46 apparantly my suspension is in "quite good condition" so heres hoping I should be OK but I'd not be surprised.

Already ordered some bits; eibach lowering springs, sideskirts, vent rings and a GV lip. Still need to order offset number plate bracket and import plate.

Probably fit the lowering springs first, then get the exterior bits sprayed up and fitted. This probably won't occur for a month or two yet.

Currently also trying to wear the P6000's on the car asap which the previous owner decided to put a fresh set of on before selling :<
