I jus bought a Fiat punto 1.2 go.........and i'm loving it......

Only problem is...no tax disk came with it....and i'm not going to be able to be able to get one till my new insurance cirtificate comes through....in couple of days....

Is it legal for me to drive it while waiting for all this documentation?

Nope, you don't have road tax so you can't drive on the road........

That sux....is there no way for me to even get road tax?

Ask your insurance company for a cover note. In my experience it will arrive next day.
Or tell them you need your policy documents very soon and can they be sent today by special delivery.
