Does anyone know what tyre pressure im meant to have these tyres at.

They are runflats fitted to an F30 330D.

says eagle f1 asymmetric on the side

the tyre size is listed there but those numbers beside it mean nothing to me

The pressures will be on the inside of the drivers doors on a sticker.

Due to the Little information op has given us, we don't know if the run flats are oem on his car, so that would not be good advice

ive updated the op with an image of the sticker, the tyre size is there but the numbers beside it mean nothing to me....can anyone translate that to psi

Looks like 2.6 bar all around would be a good place to start. I'm pretty sure your smart enough to type "2.6 bar to psi" into Google.

Need the full sticker plus front and rear sizes incase it's a staggered setup (larger rear tyres).

Yes 2.6bar/37psi is correct. But @Amnesia double check your tyre size front and rear, as its very common for BMW to have staggered tyres meaning the rear tyres are wider than the front.

Yup you guys are right the image posted is of the back tyres.
The front tyres are 225/40/19

So going by that sticker i put the front to the same pressure im guessing

I don't know what point you're trying to make bud but looks like OP is being helped just fine without your input.

You are special, I said, what you have failed to read and comprehend twice now, that we should not give advice on tyre pressures, without knowing more about the car

chill dude, the handful of replies given to me has taught me how to work out tyre pressure going by the sticker provided.

I have the same staggered setup and run mine at 37 all round. Have tried slightly higher and lower but settled on 37. Mine are non RF tyres all round though.
