Car with different engine

Why not fix it up and keep it yourself? Don't see the point in selling it so you can buy another one more or less identical.

Its old and not exactly what you'd call a minter.

Oh and dadofsam your welcome to have the crappy hot air sapping induction kit, might need slight modification to fit a vtr throttle body though.

It's a 99, it's hardly ancient although I guess it is a Saxo.

Well its a 2000 actually but yeah in the choice of a 2000 or a 2003 one with half the mileage which would you have?

But the 2003 one is 4 grand, that one is 900 quid..

But the 2003 one will be mint, the 2000 one well not. I suppose I could keep the other 3 grand in the bank and be safe in the knowledge that this one isn't going to be worth less than what I paid for it in a loooong time. Then sell it when I get my clio. Hmmm good thinking fox!

Yes do that. After the novelty wears off the 2003 one, you'll realise you'd rather some hard cash in the bank so you can plan what you're getting next.

Plus, you can do some bits to the 2000 one to make it mint - much more satisfying!
