So, let's get this thread started!

I'm off to the Bristol City game tomorrow, absolutely stoked for it. I think it'll either go one of two ways; the most amazing win and therefore game of my life, or a 4/5-0 battering where it'll just be a bit boring but at least I'll have seen some big names play in Bristol. They're going in with a lot of confidence and barely anything to lose so I'd expect de Gea to be making a lot of saves from shots outside the box.

Watching the Arsenal game tonight in a pub with some friends too and stuck a cheeky acca on all four results; Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea and of course Bristol ;).

Wouldn't be surprised if Jose plays a second string team and Bristol City pick up the win. I'll wait and see the lineups and have a cheeky dabble on the big City if the likes of Herrera and Rojo are playing.

Nobody watching the City game? I missed the decision but Leicester just equalised in the 95th minute from a penalty which was supposedly a dive.

Fingers crossed for pens.

He always plays a strong side in the League Cup. It's the easiest trophy to win and he knows it buys him time.

It'll be strong compared to Bristol City but he's made a number of changes in the EFL in every round so far this season, i'd expect to see the likes of Romero, Blind, Darmian etc.

Probably a few youngsters like Mctominay as well.

He'll make changes but they'll all be senior players. He won't pick half a dozen kids like a lot of other bigger clubs do.

They probably will all be senior players but i'd guess 8/9 of them will be second string, City going well in the Championship, I smell a potential upset.

Hope you're right but I suspect they'll be too strong. Romero, Darmian, Blind, Shaw, Ibrahimovic and then the rest will be first 11 players imo.

I'll wait and see what he does, Mkhitaryan is supposedly going to be getting a sniff.

As for this game it was never a penalty, looked like a dive to me..... heading to penalties by the look of it.

If City keep messing around with it at the back it might not though, suicide with Vardy ratting away.

I did. The only part I missed was the dive.

edit: Utd have already had a result here. Just seen they're playing Leicester on Saturday and Leicester have put out a near first 11 today.

I noticed it after the Utd game, City have the biggest coaching staff ever. There's almost as many coaches as players there!

Shocking from Mahrez, never understand it why players do that stuttering run up, just take the penalty ffs.

It's fine as long as they have a clear plan to put it in a certain corner if the keeper doesn't move early but most are just desperately hoping the keeper moves early and makes the decision for them.

Yaya Toure mastered it a few years back but so many others end up ****ing it up.

That's the problem they end up putting themselves off.

Justice in fairness, the game should've been over in the 90.
