Card unstable at default?

I have my new 6800 here, and I've been having a little system instability. So I loaded up coolbits, and with the clocks set to 324/695 (which is slightly below the stock speeds!) I get the error message "Test failed to run at the selected clock frequencies, please lower your settings and try again".

So what could be happening here?
 
Maybe its lack of power, make sure the molex you plug into it doesnt have any other devices attached, so the card is *** only thing on the line.
