try here When you say Carribean - what do you mean exactly ?

Both times I was in Carribean Islands, and thied their 'authentic' dishes, they were pretty rubbish (as there is very little local produce to really call anything truely local)

Besides, most decent london restaurents shouls be able to knock up any Carribean dish.
