I see what your saying - Either way it's not the end of the world but all I'm saying is it's not too hard to get them to do things. The lady advisor person who came around a few months ago is our little contact and she helps us get things done.
Anyway! I'm happy to leave the celling if needs be, its the walls and carpet that really need doing ASAP.
