I'd go one step better than that and FAX it to them, then call them up to make sure they have received it.

I sent my bills on the 5th July by Recorded mail and RM have not delivered. FYI the Fax number is 07092870782 and yes its a Premium rate number, they said it'll cost £75p. Still cheaper than RM Recorded which is about £1.
