Closest Ive ever come to having a car make a noise like that is when i ran my mini 1275 conversion with no exhaust, just the manifold on up and down my road twice...two neighbors ran out into there gardens shouting and a couple of kids started crying...maybe it was the flames, maybe it was the noise level that made my ears hurt but either way it was all good.
