Case cooling improvements

My case is a Corsair C70 vengeance and I added magnetic dust filters to the top even though I now have a Corsair H100 blowing out through there and there's two dust filters on the side window where the pair of 140's suck in.

I've changed the case fans for Corsair silent ones as well as adding some more, Not including the 2 fans on the H100 I have 2 Corsair AF 120mm's, 2 SP 120mm's and 2 AF 140 mm's in total, There all running via the lower voltage option and I don't think there doing a great job and I don't want the volume I get with the voltage up.

Set up is 2x120 input, 2x140 input, 1x120 output and output via the 2x 120 fans on the H100 aswell. One of the 120 inputs is part of a sp push/pull drive cage

What would be a good solution to cool this build better?

Ideally you want the intake on the front/bottom of the case and exhaust on the top/rear. This will manage the air flow better and the use of a fan controller would be useful too. You could then setup fan profiles depending on what you're doing.

I personally found Corsair SP fans to be overly noisy.
However, if I turn all the other fans down in my rig, the noisiest things are: a) the H100 fans exhausting up through the rad and b) the H100 pump!!

Putting Noctua fans on the H100 dropped the noise by almost 20db even on the High setting. Enermax fans were almost as good too, if you're after a budget solution, but make sure they push through the rad.
