case fan problem

1 of my led fans does not spin when my computer is turned on but if i manualy give it a spin it works. its getting annoying to open my case everytime i turn it on is there any way to fix this or will i need to buy a replacement

Is that fan connected to fan controller? If so adust speed setting higher until it starts.
(motherboard should at least monitor does connected fan start but can't be sure)

Again if it's connected straight to PSU (Molex) then that fans has worn out and it's time to replace it.
