I will be adding an 80mm case fan to the bottom of the front of the PC case, but I have front USB ports and the cable(s) go through at the bottom of the vent. These cables won't interfere with the installation of the fan will they?

I have just bought Acousti Ultra-Soft Fan Mounts that I will use to mount the fan to the case.

that is difficult to say, each case is different, however in most cases you have to put the fan from inside the pc to the place where it has to be placed, then take off the front of the case for the screws, do you have any more info about what case u have? (pictures)

Yes thats right. I will have to place the fan from the inside, take the front of the PC case off push the soft fan mounts through and attach the fan to the mounts.

Unless I measured it wrong I won't be able to add a 120mm fan as thats too big, at most I will be able to fit a 92mm but I will probably add another 80mm.
