I'm going to stick a little oar in here and mention the Antec 300. 
I've just shifted my kit from a 300 into an R2, and I'm not overly impressed with the build quality, or the temperatures, or the noise levels. I know it has a huge fanbase, so I'm slightly out on a limb here.
It does however, look pretty good (although I am not a huge fan of front doors on a PC) and the cable management is excellent.
A couple of holes Dremmelled (is that a word) into a 300 would sort its cable management, and as long as you haven't got 4-6 HDD's, the front fans would get a straight shot at the GPU's.
It is also understated, which I like, and it's quite small, so therefore unobtrusive.
And it's cheap.
