I've seen two thick radiators in the new Lian LI O11 in top bottom positions. Price is cheap as it comes with no fans and the case chassis is Steel with Aluminium front panel instead of the usual all aluminium. You need to read up on its restrictions for GPU water blocks and fitting a rad in the second chamber to see if its right for you. I pre ordered one but I'm upgrading from some old school watercooling with 10yr old parts to all new, bought with the case in mind.

Edit - see the announcement thread for starters followed by some of the builds on Youtube. GFF Events did two good vids.

Careful with front and top radiators when choosing your case - the top radiator will have a maximum thickness you can fit, and the front radiator may replace hard drive bays - problem with my NZXT 450 Noctis.
