Case for £50

My Brother is after a new case for his PC as the one he has now has limited cooling and the power button doesn't work very well.

Budget is £50, what's the best he can get?

Get the Zalman Z11 my m8 has it its gd for the money includes dust filters and the fans are very quiet.
