Case LED/Button Connectors

Is there a way to tell which way round the connectors for case lights, speaker and switches go on the mobo?

I did mine yesterday and got most of them right, but had to flip one of them round. The connectors all appear to have a small arrow etched in them, but I don't know if this meant +, -, up, down, left or right!

They seem to fit fine either way.

The switch connectors don't matter which way round they go.

The LED's are polarity sensitive, usually the white wire is negative, and the other one positive, but not all case manufacturers stick to the same convention.

All the '-' ones are coloured white aint they ?

Yup just seen the above, ill have to lay off the damn ******* as the blindness is starting.
