I'm slowly working my way through a side panel mod for a 600T and I'm now at the stage where I need to start glueing bits together.

I have a 2 meter length of neoprene seal and need to bond it to the edge of the case before fitting the perspex.

Can I use super glue or is there a better option?

*EDIT*

Do you mean pre cut neoprene strips like these?

I assume you're fitting the neoprene seal to the edge of your cut out. When I did the window for my CM690, I simply fitted the seal without glue. It should stay on fine without it. As for fitting the window itself, superglue works fine, or alternatively use double sided tape.

Well, mine is a 2 meter length and I have been trying to fit it as a complete length!

You have given me a great idea though. If I was to fit the lengths and cut the corners diagonally to fit together, nicely, there would be no need to glue right?

Then as you said, use tape to stick the perspex to the inside of the case. What would you use to raise the window to the hight of the seal? Off-cuts?

Yeah cutting it diagonally on all four corners would work really well. It should fit tight enough without the need for glue.

Off-cuts work perfectly for raising the window, that's what I ended up doing and I wish I had thought of it earlier. My original method was to use glue on Velcro straps. It was perfect until the Velcro began to fail...

I've got more than 4 corners. The 600T panel has been modded to allow the window to reach up between the panel clips, this may make it harder to fit, but I'll try it.

Now I know there is an easier method to complete the project, I'm more interested in getting it finished.

What do you use for cutting?
I am planning a 540 mod to fit a 1080 rad on right side panel so need quite large cutout.

What ever you do, do not use a dremel to mod large area's. It's ok for small changes and shoud be OK for a small RAD MOD. (like mesh removal) If you can, I'd recommend using a band/circular saw or a something similar.
