It's very well-built. But the airflow is sub-standard as it only uses 80mm fans. I'd look for a case with 120mm fans.

The Dragon was outdated way back in 2004. Inadequate cooling for sane noise levels.

PAULRYAN52 ANY case will fit watercooling, give me enough money and I can make you a mini ITX watercooled rig if you so desire.

The questions you need to ask are what rad do you want, where can it go etc.

I know of no cases that can not fit watercooling, the question is what do you want to fit and do you really need it?
