Case swap pooped PC

So i bought a jonsbo case in the case sale. swapped out everything, and now pc dead . nothing works.. ive checked all cables removed everything nothing. dead as a dodo. when i plug the power cable in i dont dont get the normal little crackle. its uses a pass through cabled, ive bypassed that and used a different power cable.. I can only come to the conclusion the PSU has died which isnt that old (Antec SF850X 850).. Im at work at moment, but the only thing left is to try another PSU i do have fractal gold rated 550w spare.
PC is ryzen 5800x with a Asrock B570 GPU and an asus tuf gaming a520 motherboard.. so annoying should have been such an easy task

Take it all apart, rebuild it outside the case, make sure you plug it all together properly?

This.

There could be a short somewhere with the new case, it's not an unusual occurrence.

Most basic of tests: Unplug everything from the PSU and bridge the green cable on the 24pin with any black - PSU should spin up.

Yeah take motherboard out from case if it works then case shorting out somewhere

Are you sure the power button on the case actually works? Tried jumping the pins on the motherboard? They're labelled, not colour-coded

Are you using the board risers to keep the motherboard off the chassis? Saying that, if it's blown the board it could be too late to worry about it.
