Case without optical drive?

Hi,

Had a quick look but there isn't a search function for this request, so to make life easier.. Does anyone know of any cases that do not include optical (external) bays, making the case more narrow.

Ive not used an optical drive in well over 5 years now!

Time to visit optician if you can't find cases without 5.25" bays.
Cases with those are in minority now.

And lack of those hasn't made cases any narrower.
In fact higher end cases are now "fatter" than 10+ years ago, because of case makers having added more clearance for big tower heatsinks and also space behind motherboard tray for cable routing.

I’m not sure why you’re having trouble l. Most cases don’t include optical bays now. Finding one with is the challenge if you need one.

As above. But cases are no narrower due to this. Unless you pick up an itx case.
