i would not think the spacing is standard because it depends on the size of the casters.
the bigger the caster then it would have a thinker bigger stronger plate and if the plate was bigger the holes would be further apart

You can order them from caselabs distributer in germany.

Casters are available in various sizes but there do seem to be some standard sizes and I very much doubt Caselabs have theirs made especially so they must be one of them.

I got some for a Thremaltake case easily. All I did was measure the gap between the holes and where they mounted to the case, it was then a simple matter of some googling to end up with some decent strong casters for about £4 for 4.
